Earlier on this month 4 police officers were apprehended by police and we’re taken into custody after making an improper arrest on an elderly woman.
A video was recorded in Rwizi region by a lady and in the video it had 3 female said to be detectives dragging an elderly woman.
The arrest was said to be made because of some guy who needed to grab land that belonged to the elderly lady as the daughter claimed in the video.
A number of people online criticized the police for carrying out such un lawful arrest especially on an elderly woman and they included the Hon minister Balaam.
Later the police communicated and that arrests had been made and these officers were put in.
