For a long time now former Lop Mathias Mpuuga has held his ground for sticking with the opposition of the country even after being embarrassed by his colleagues in the National Unity platform.
Mathias mpuuga has today unveiled his new political moves and ambitions for the governance of this country.
As former leader of opposition, Mpuuga has becomes one of the biggest political figures in the country.
His unending battles with the NUP and it’s president Robert Kyagulanyi made him even more famous Among leaders and noticeable by the local fan base that was always riding along Kyagulanyi’s ride.
The wrangles also made him go different paths with the party that he had belonged too before as the Leader of opposition.
Mpuuga has today unveiled new party known as the Democratic Alliance(AC)
He was joined by a number of political laeder especially those in the Dp Bloc which was his former party.
Mpuuga has also promised new leadership and a new direction of the struggle,
“In Kampala this afternoon, we took the first steps to redirect the course of the struggle to liberate our motherland.
Over the past 4 years, our struggle was derailed as our leaders chose pettiness over the real issues that touch to the democratic governance of our country.
Enough time has been wasted. We’re choosing to take forward the quest for change and good governance.” He tweeted.
He further promised the new future with his new movement ‘We are going to further engage with all change seeking forces for purposes of working together for a unified front that will ultimately deliver the change we all desire.’ He said #DemocraticAlliance.
