Day 2 in High Court: Sipapa’s Case Takes a Turn with Forensic Fingerprints

City socialite Charles Olimu also known as Sipapa has been brought to High Court day 2 and the forensics fingerprints were examined by the court and this acted as evidence to pin him, the socialite appeared with his wife.
The fingerprints are claimed to have been gathered from the envelope that was found at the crime scene and upon examining them these claimed to be of Sipapa.
A number of question were asked by Sipapa’s Lawyer and these were explained by the forensic department that examined them before the High Court Judge.
“Are you aware that an envelope is a movable item and can be moved to one place to another and this can be from another place and brought to the scene of crime, are you aware that the envelope can be taught by many other people” – Sipapa’s Lawyer


“In your analysis did you find any other person’s fingerprint or they are only for the suspect and did you analyses the owner of the more 15 fingerprints who are?” – Sipapa’s Lawyer
Sipapa and his girlfriend Shamira Rukia Nakiyembe first appeared before Ms. Lorna Patience Tukundane the chief Magistrate at Makindye in Kampala and at that time the migrate read 6 counts of aggravated robbery which was allergy committed on 29th August of 2022 and further remanded to Luzira.
The victims in this matter included Jacob Arok Mul was is claimed to have been robbed 429,000 United States Dollars amounting to 1.6 Billion Shillings, 2 Mobile phones flat screen Tv 75 inches.
