Hon.Muhammad Ssegirinya has today Friday 21 June 2024 been discharges from Aga Khan Hospital in Nairobi, Kenya where he has spent over 186days, the Kawempe Member of parliament to expected to be in Uganda Next week.
Ssegirinya was diagnosed with Cancer and other Undisclosed ailments, upon returning home, he was advised to first take 3months break from work as his health is being monitored and keep take the medication. Before being rushed to Nairobi he was first taken to Nsambye Hospital where he got the initial treatment to enable him reach Kenya.
Ssegirinya’s health worsened after being released from Kigo Prison where he was with Makindye East Legislator Hon Allan Ssewanyana on charges that included Bijambiya in Masaka District.
Many started question Allan Ssewanyana why he was well yet his partner was so ill and never appeared in hospital to pay him a visit, Allan informed the public that they are in talks since he can’t move out of Uganda since his Passport is with the court as their case moves on.
In a video, the legislator is so thankful to the people of Kawempe that kept praying him , the Parliament of Uganda as an institution as well as the National Unity Platform Party were he subscribes.
Ssegirinya always had visit from the National Unit Plaform members and these included the Party President Hon. Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu, The Leader Of Opposition Joel Ssenyonyi , Kampala Woman Mp Hon Shamim Malende and the Secretary General David Lewis Rubongoya
