Today after prayers and press address, they immediately set off to start their journey to Pallisa in the Eastern parts of Uganda, this started all well all through as they reached Ssezibwa road in Kayunga, they were stopped by long police blocked.

“What a cowardly regime! No matter what he does, Gen. Museveni will eventually fall. To you great people of Pallisa who were eagerly waiting for us, we shall soon find a way of reaching you.” Bobi Wine tweeted.

This stop took a number of minutes as the police exchanged words as usual with the National Unity Platform (NUP) that was Joel Ssenyonyi and the leading officer of this blocked.

After a couple of minutes, they were ordered to turn their vehicles and go back to where they were coming from that is Kampala. They were also escorted by police all the back to the Kampala and they were blocked from moving out of their headquarters by the police.

As he addressed the press in Makerere Kavule he talked about the despicable manner of how police is treating them as opposition or political rivals instead of treating them like the Ugandans they are.

He also talked about reporting back to the police headquarters himself this time as invited by the police to set matters straight on why they are being treated like as if they are not Ugandans.

Kyagulanyi also had a question to the police of Uganda if it was illegal for their party to tour the country and it is legal for the others who are also touring because no one is stopping them like they are stopping Kyagulanyi and his party.
